Would you do whatever it takes to protect your inner peace and mental health? Is it a bad thing to put yourself first?  Nobody wants to be labelled as a selfish person. I mean, has it ever been a good thing to be called selfish? Well, it depends on what you’re talking about. When you think about the word selfish, you’ll probably remember a time when you didn’t want to share your chocolate bar or your chicken wings with a friend which resulted in you being called selfish or stingy.   But being selfish isn’t always a bad thing. Especially when it’s about protecting your inner peace. And this is where self-care comes into play. A lot of people compromise their inner peace for nonsense. So that could be dealing with a guy who treats you like trash and sticking around. Or it could be as simple as following people on…

I’m sure we’ve all been guilty of saying ‘New Year, New Me’. Or if you haven’t said it out loud, I bet you’ve thought about making a change in your life. In this blog, I will give you two reasons that explain why this phrase isn’t as bad as you think.
